"Selection was okay, but I expected a bit more"
The selection was alright, but for my own standards, I usually like to see a little more variety to choose from. It had the basics, just not as many options as I was hoping for.

"The product info was wrong"
I ordered this based on the specs listed on the page, but what showed up didn’t match. Support did respond, which I appreciate, but it’s frustrating because I relied on that information before buying. Now I don’t feel like I can fully trust the product details on the site unless they’re double-checked first.

"Felt ignored at first, but warranty help was easy"
I felt a bit ignored at the beginning because it took a while to get someone to actually respond, but once they did, the warranty process was easy and they fixed it quicker than I expected.

"Packaging could’ve been a lot better"
My order did show up on time, so that part was fine. But yeah, the packaging wasn’t great. The box was bent on one side, and there really wasn’t much padding inside, so the item was kind of moving around in there. Luckily it still worked, but for the price, I expected it to be packed with a bit more care. Not the worst experience, but I’d be a little careful ordering anything fragile from Ting Electrical Fire Protection

"Good value, but instructions could be clearer"
I ordered from tingfire.com once, and for the price, I thought it was a fair deal. The product worked fine and I don’t really have any major complaints. It felt worth the money overall, though I was expecting the instructions to be a bit clearer and easier to follow.

"Seems safe enough to me"
I’ve been using it for a bit and it feels safe so far. Nothing has gone wrong yet, so I’m taking that as proof it works well enough. No complaints from me at this point.

"Pretty solid, just a couple little marks"
So... I grabbed a lighter from tingfire.com and it’s been tougher than I expected. I’ve already dropped it twice and it still works like nothing happened. The finish did pick up a small scratch quickly, which is a little annoying, but overall it feels sturdy enough for everyday use. I’d probably buy another one.

"Showed up exactly when they said it would"
I ordered from Ting Electrical Fire Protection and, the delivery was right on time. Like... the tracking actually kept updating properly, and the package arrived when they said it would. No chasing anyone, no wondering where it was, no stress. I really appreciate that. I'd order again.

"It does the job for the most part..."
It does the job for the most part, and I can’t say it’s bad overall. When it’s working smoothly, it’s totally fine and gets things done. That said, there are moments where it feels a bit slow, which can be frustrating. I like it enough, but I do think there’s room for improvement

Checkout was mostly easy — the payment page loaded fine and the confirmation showed up quickly. I did have to hunt around for the coupon box for a minute — not a huge deal, though. Overall, solid experience. 4 stars from me.

"Setup stressed me out more than I expected"
I really wanted to like this right away, but the setup kind of put me in a bad mood. The instructions weren’t as clear as I hoped, so I ended up guessing on a few steps and second-guessing myself the whole time. It did work in the end, which I’m glad about, but the first impression wasn’t great because it felt more frustrating than it needed to be.
